Vanilla Panna Cotta with Strawberry Coulis....a lovely, refreshing no-bake dessert and a great way to use up leftover cream!
This isn't your typical Shepherd's Pie because I didn't have any carrots or potatoes. I made cauliflower mash instead for the topping. Omg, it was SO delicious!! Have you tried cauliflower mash?
Quiche for breakfast or dinner? All I know is that this spinach, bacon and mushroom crustless quiche is delicious anytime of the day!
I like to make this quick and easy dessert whenever I have leftover vanilla pastry cream and whipped cream. Here I just combined the two and added some berries. Such a simple and delicious way to enjoy fresh fruit!

Who can resist fall-off-the-bone ribs?! Braised in a black vinegar sauce, these ribs are deliciously tender, juicy and full of flavour!
