Purple sweet potato angku kuih.💜 Made of glutinous rice flour, it's soft and chewy, like mochi, with a sweet and crunchy peanut and sesame filling. One of my favourite snacks!
Strawberry Shortcake trifle in a jar just screams summer, don't you think? And it's super easy to make too. I used leftover chiffon cake moistened with rum syrup, cut up some strawberries, whipped up some cream, layered everything and voilà! dessert was ready!
In the mood for lamb, spinach and feta flatbreads.🫓Yum! Freshly baked and so delicious!😍
Strawberry Mousse Cake🍓 Soft, moist, creamy yet light, and bursting with strawberry flavour. Isn't this perfect for summer?!
What's better than chocolate chip cookies? Salted peanut butter chocolate chip cookies!😍 And they just happen to be gluten-free too!
Tender, juicy, savoury, sweet and sticky homemade char siu...so irresistibly delicious! Are you drooling yet?!🤤
Would you try "Ants Climbing a Tree"? 🐜 Don't be put off by the name...there are no real ants in this classic Sichuan dish😂 Just yummy stir fried glass noodles and minced meat in a spicy, delicious sauce.😋
#Throwback to the best, ultra moist carrot cake with browned butter creamcheese frosting and fondant carrot decorations. Definitely a fav!
Who doesn't love dumplings?! I usually like my favourite lamb and onion dumplings boiled, but today I decided to steam fry them to make potstickers. Either way, they're yummy!
Vanilla Panna Cotta with Strawberry Coulis....a lovely, refreshing no-bake dessert and a great way to use up leftover cream!
This isn't your typical Shepherd's Pie because I didn't have any carrots or potatoes. I made cauliflower mash instead for the topping. Omg, it was SO delicious!! Have you tried cauliflower mash?
Quiche for breakfast or dinner? All I know is that this spinach, bacon and mushroom crustless quiche is delicious anytime of the day!
