Savoury, sweet and tangy braised spare ribs. What's not to love?! 🤤 Full of flavour and incredibly yummy!
When you're trying to use up leftover salmon, creamcheese and a cucumber...Aren't these Salmon Rillette Cucumber Rolls pretty?! And they're absolutely delicious too!
What's your favourite street food? I just can't resist Murtabak! Crispy and flaky flatbread stuffed with spiced meat, onions and egg. Sooo delicious, and now I can enjoy it at home too!
What's your favourite food for afternoon tea? I love freshly baked, light and fluffy scones served the classic way, with clotted cream and strawberry jam! But when you don't have clotted cream, butter will also do!
Hands up if you love Tres Leches cake!🙋🏻‍♀️ Had plenty of rose milk sharbat so I couldn't resist making these quick and easy Tres Leches cake jars! Just baked and cut out some sponge cake rounds, placed them in mason jars, saturated the cakes with the rose milk and topped them with sweetened whipped cream. Sooo good!
Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri/Eid Mubarak to all who are celebrating! Made some chicken rendang because...what's Raya without some rendang?! Cooked with lots of spices and simmered in coconut milk, it's sooo flavourful! The only thing better is beef rendang😂 #notcrispyrendang
Don't we all love those fresh mango and cream crepes that you get at dim sum? Well, I had leftover strawberries so I made a delicious variation of the Hong Kong-style crepes. Yum! Can't go wrong with strawberries and cream!🍓
Chimichurri makes everything taste amazing, don't you agree?! It's fresh, tangy and garlicky with a hint of spiciness. Perfect on grilled meats like these oven-baked chicken wings.
I love making choux! It's my absolute fav pastry. This time instead of the usual cream puffs, I made Éclairs with a simple strawberries and rose cream filling. They're so yummy, light and airy and almost too pretty to eat!😍 What's your favourite choux dessert?
What's on the menu for taco night? How about some irresistibly delicious chorizo tacos with pickled onions and avocado crema? Yes, please!!🙋🏻‍♀️
What's your ultimate comfort food? Can't beat a good chicken curry IMO...especially chicken curry with Roti Jala! The soft lacy crepes are folded or rolled up and perfect for sopping up the curry sauce!
Have you ever tried stir frying shredded tofu? Shredded tofu is commonly used to make a Chinese salad, but I decided to make stir fried "noodles"..So yummy! It's a delicious alternative to regular noodles!
