Just something quick, easy and delicious...slow-cooked, melt-in-your-mouth gula melaka #porkbelly
Falooda is a rose-flavoured dessert drink and one of my favourite Indian treats!😋 It's made of milk, rose syrup, vermicelli, rose jelly, basil seeds (which I substituted with chia seeds) and topped with ice cream!
Not your usual chocolate chip cookies...these are made with almond flour and guess what? They're really good!! I'm trying to use stuff up, and these cookies were perfect for using up leftover chocolate chips and a lot of almond flour😂.
Soft and fluffy hot cross buns fresh out of the oven. Nothing like freshly baked bread! Slather on the butter, @maryam_jayne 🧈
Ayam Masak Merah (chicken in spicy tomato sauce) and Nasi Tomato (tomato rice). This really hit the spot! Sooo incredibly yummy.😋
Making sausage and egg mcmuffins with homemade patties! Taste-wise not bad, but they could've been juicier, had I not used chicken.
Would've been nice to have clotted cream, but these classic raisin scones are also yummy with butter and jam.
Quick and easy lunch - chicken with chimichurri and avocado sandwich on homemade grain-free bread.
Caramelized onion, mushroom and spinach frittata...such a delicious way to use up ingredients!
Mixed a bunch of different nuts and seeds together with dried cranberries to make these yummy bars😋
Paris-Brest with vanilla pastry cream, strawberries and whipped cream for a #birthday 🎉
Dulce de leche ice cream with pecan nougatine❤ This is what happens when you discover leftover dulce de leche in the freezer.😂
