Taking a trip down memory lane with this Coca Cola cake. When I was in boarding school, this was everyone's favourite dessert! Can't believe this is the first time I've had it since!
Made my favourite dim sum item, sticky rice with chicken, mushroom and sausage (lo mai gai). Yummy😋

More #CNY snacks! Finally tried making Kuih Loyang/Kuih Rose today. It's been a while since I've had these! They're popular in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, but did you know you can also find similar rosette cookies in Sweden, Sri Lanka, India, Iran and other countries?!🌍
Time for pineapple tarts again!🧧These yummy, buttery pastries come in various shapes but my favourite are the open-faced tarts.🍍

Didn't want to waste my fresh yeast, so recently I made a few batches of pizza dough and froze them. Today I made thin crust Artichoke and Arugula Pizza with Chimichurri. Omg delicious!
Bakkwa has got to be one of my favourite snacks! First time making it with chicken..not bad, but the original is still the best😍
